Hello sidecar enthusiasts,After a very long contemplating, I have made the hard decision to sell my rig. The bike has only 11,500 kilometers (7,145 miles), but since the speedometer is... shall we say, optimistic by about 15% or so, the real millage is actually just about 6,000. The 2002 model has the 750cc engine, but still has the drum front brake, which is why I bought it in the first place. Not only that it looks better (read cooler, vintage) this way the spare wheel could be used in the front. Once the drum brakes are set up correctly, and they are, they stop quite well. The rig is not a museum piece, but it is in excellent running condition and has just the right updates. Ducati ignition, Denso alternator, rebuilt and synchronized carburetors with overflow tubes, so you can never hydro-lock your engine, new K&N air filter, newer starter, new perfectly set up front brake shoes, new heavy duty front brake cable, new battery, locking sidecar trunk etc. The tires are in perfect condition. It has euro handlebars and risers, which make a HUGE difference! That set up cost me some good $$ and numerous hours of research and trial and error! The original handlebar will come with the bike. The rig will also come with the pictured luggage rack and top case for the bike, as well as the sidecar windshield and a tonneau cover. I will also include a few spare oil filters, handlebar wind deflectors for the winter and some other small parts. The bike has all fresh fluids and filters, starts immediately, runs very well and drives perfectly.
