Spring has sprung and there is no better way to enjoy it then on two wheels cruising down the road! Up for sale is my 2001 Suzuki Katana 750 GSX. I am the original owner having purchased the bike in June 2002 from a local dealer who had it in his inventory. I am selling the bike to purchase a cruiser styled bike, since my age and riding preference have changed over the years. With the last auction there were over 150 views and 81 watchers, so don't let this one slip by. This is a great bike and entry price for someone who is interested in owning a bike or wanting to get back into riding. The bike has 1,805 original miles and has been service regularly. I have not ridden it much over the years, since I purchased a project car not long after the bike and have put my time and effort into that project. Add a family, golf, and the fact that I do not belong to riding clubs or have friends that ride, and you can appreciate the limited number of miles on it. Note: the bike is started regularly and driven a few miles locally, so the mileage will be a bit off from when the picture was taken. The color and style of the bike is really sharp and is a unique color for the model year. It does not have the sharp edges of a real "crotch rocket", and the riding position is comfortable for a sport bike -- not hugging the tank, and a little more upright. The condition of the bike is great, although there is a slight scuff on the Katana decal on the left fairing. Otherwise, everything is spot on and it is a real head turner! The bike has a low price point -- much cheaper than a new scooter and a heck of a lot more fun -- and is sold as is and for local pick-up. If you need to ship the bike, I will help facilitate the process, but the buyer is responsible for scheduling the shipper and all associated costs. I have shipped bikes to/from before and can provide some insight regarding the process. I have the title, as well as the owner's manual, original documents, and service related work. Please ask as many questions as you want, or let me know if you want to schedule a visit to view it. Payment can be made via PayPal in advance, or cash upon pick-up. A non-refundable $250 deposit is due within 24 hours of winning the auction. The bike is also being advertised locally and the auction will end early if the bike sells. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
