Good condition 1991 Suzuki GS500. Great bike for beginners as it has enough power to get around town and highways without revving it up high. No plastic fairings to scratch or break if it happens to go down. I bought this bike to learn on and I've loved it. Just looking to get something a little newer to use as a daily commuter. Starts right up with very little choke, runs great. Previous owner before me installed a Vance and Hines exhaust. New spark plugs, oil filter/oil, air filter, rear brake caliper (w/ almost new pads), front brake pads, indicator light bulbs, brake lever all swapped out within the last 3 months. Choke cable and throttle cable adjusted so there's no pull when handlebars are turned full lock. Tires still have plenty of tread EDIT: 08/12/16 Took it to the shop to get inspected and found that the front fork seals need to be replaced. I was quoted $200 to replace the seals. If you're handy, it looks to be a fairly simple process. I just don't feel like putting in any more time or effort into the bike at the moment. Bike still rides, but you'll just have to get the seals replaced at some point. Price has been lowered to reflect the new info.
