This motorcycle was taken apart down to the bare frame. The frame was polished. Every bearing was replaced (wheels, suspension linkages, steering stem, and more). The entire wiring harness was replaced. Every sensor was replaced. New battery, spark plugs, relays, fuse blocks. Every bulb was replaced. The front and rear brake systems were completely rebuilt (calipers, lines, master cylinders, pads, rotors). Wheels were powder coated and dynamically balanced. Front forks were rebuilt and racing springs installed with new fluid. Every nut and bolt that were in re-useable condition were hand cleaned and restored. Unusable or missing nuts/bolts were replaced with genuine OEM. The rear shock was replaced with a modern performance shock. Every rubber hose and line was replaced. Every rubber grommet and bushing was replaced. Every fluid reservoir was replaced (coolant, brakes, etc). The seats were re-upholstered. Fuel tank de-rusted and restored. 2008 KTM 1190 RC8 R, This is the rare 2008.5 model in stellar condition, #42 of 50 imported into the US. Numbered Plate (metal) included. Perfect condition, never damaged in any way, no scratches, no nicks, no chips, no excuses. Looks and runs like brand new(actually better than new). Brand new Michelin Power Sport 3 tires. It has the Power Commander on the bike, with a custom map from England tuned to the QD Exhaust, a big investment. The bike runs flawlessly with stellar throttle response and power.. All the Akropovic flat carbon bits are perfect as well. The entire tail piece, front and rear fenders, clutch guard are all Akropovic matt carbon. The original tail section is included, immaculate also. It has orange anodized KTM billet covers installed for clutch, and both brake reservoirs. Then, CRG levers; orange silicone coolant hoses, as well as front and rear axle sliders. Includes R&G tail tidy, and KTM genuine accessory bag, it is made for the RC8 by KTM and plugs into the two holes you see in the tailpiece, which are controlled by the seat latch. Lastly, gorgeous blackR&G rearsets.. The carbon tank shield is from Australia. I replaced the seat with a carbon fiber pattern-imprinted leather beauty from Corbin. Perfect fit and nicely parallel orange stitching. Original included with sale. The bike has only 2210 miles on it. I just added photos of the ceramic coated side stand and the new tires The bike has been stored under its cover in air conditioning/heat. The RC8 is truly a great bike, and this one is absolutely stunning. Battery is new, a Lithium from properly fitted Anti-Gravity.There are no issues and has brand new Shell Synthetic Advance Ultra 10W40 4T super bike oil and KTM RC8 filter.
