I can recommend shippers for you. but shipping charges are up to the buyer to pay for. or pick up in person with cash only. if shipping, bank transfer or pay pal will be accepted. to answer a few questions yes it has brand new tires, all new paint, new chain, mirror, plugs, all wiring has been hidden as well as a new small gel battery. kick start only. usually starts with one or two kicks. frame has been detabbed. almond rims, black spokes, polished nipples and hubs. high beam, low beam, brake light, tail light. every thing works. it has mini LED blinkers. chrome on this bike is in perfect condition. stainless front fender. this bike is ready to ride, show, or park in your man cave. thanks.
